In The Cuts Barbershop was established in 2011 by Carlos Davis. He opened his doors with the desire to create an affordable high end hair cut to a diverse clientele. His first barbershop was located at 61 E. Franklin st. Hagerstown, M.D. Then he expanded his barbershop by moving to a bigger building at 26 W. Franklin st. Hagerstown, M.D. In July of 2018 he opened his second location at 44 Worchester dr. Falling Waters, W.V.  Carlos has created a dedicated team of barbers to help create the look you are trying to achieve. Carlos has helped the community with providing school supplies to all kids that receive a hair cut  for back to school. And in the future he looks forward to helping local community organizations.
